The Board of Directors (BoD) of the Earth Viability Center (EVC) has decided to bring together a Consortium of organizations and individuals as the owners of the EVC. Once the Consortium has ten or more members, the Plenary of the Consortium members will be the main decision making body of the EVC. Each consortium member has one vote in the Plenary.
Once the consortium is established, the BoD will be responsible for the day-to-day bussines and will follow the guidance of the Plenary. The BoD will report to the Plenary. If needed, the BoD will be able to establish an Executive Committee and to delegate day-to-day task to that Committee.
